Our jewelry is handcrafted using reclaimed, thrifted, and vintage-sourced materials. Because each piece incorporates repurposed components, slight variations, natural patina, and subtle surface markings may be present. These characteristics are part of the material’s history and are not considered defects.
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your piece.
GENERAL CARE GUIDELINES
To preserve the integrity of your jewelry:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, humidity, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping
Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
Keep pieces separate to prevent scratching
Moisture is the primary cause of oxidation and tarnishing, especially in mixed metal alloys.
TARNISH & PATINA
Because our pieces may include mixed metal alloys and reclaimed metals, natural oxidation may occur over time. This process is normal and may result in darkening or subtle tonal shifts.
To maintain shine:
Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth
Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh polishing chemicals
Do not soak unless specifically instructed
Some customers prefer the aged patina that develops naturally over time.
STERLING SILVER COMPONENTS
Where sterling silver is marked and tested, mild tarnishing may occur. A silver polishing cloth may be used as needed.
ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY NOTICE
Due to the nature of reclaimed materials, we cannot guarantee that any piece is hypoallergenic unless explicitly stated. Customers with known metal sensitivities should contact us prior to purchase.
