PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

Our jewelry is handcrafted using reclaimed, vintage-sourced, and thrifted materials. Components may include mixed metal alloys, repurposed hardware, and sterling silver where marked and tested.

Exact metal composition cannot always be guaranteed. All components are magnet-tested and inspected prior to sale.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may display minor surface variations consistent with reclaimed materials.

We do not guarantee that products are hypoallergenic unless explicitly stated.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Customers are responsible for any additional duties or import taxes on international orders.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 4-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

LOCAL PICKUP

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive instructions via email once the order is ready. Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Meadoux, LLC. is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Improper care or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Loss or damage after delivery confirmation
